Sam Cooksey Johnson has shocked the world, his parents and himself yet again. At his nine month appointment Sam weighed in at just over 24 pounds and just over 32 inches long. Despite all appearances, Sam should now be described as "tall" rather than "chunky," a point he has emphasized with all his peers. While Sam remains in the 90th percentile for weight, he is simply off the charts for length; what can we say, he takes after his very tall mother. At any rate, the boy remains big. More importantly, the boy remains happy.
